A dry white wine with straw yellow almost greenish colour. The bouquet recalls bitter almonds, sage, elderflower and alfalfa. The flavour is dry, soft, full and harmonious.
Great with hors d’oeuvres, fish, snails as well as with white meats, and prosciutto. Friulano FCO is the classic Tajut (glass of wine) enjoyed with friends.
