Our Chardonnay has a refreshing, fruit-forward style, accented by notes of green apple and pear. Hints of oak provide just enough depth. The finish is clean with a gratifying smoothness.
In my opinion, Chardonnay is one of those wines where you can get creative with food pairings. Creamy pasta sauces are a natural, but I'll also serve it with grilled chicken tacos or a steaming bowl of corn chowder and French bread. A zesty seafood stew like Cioppino, with big chunks of white fish and scallops, also tastes great with this wine.
