The palate is full of sweet fruit with notes of white peach, passionfruit, and lime. At California's historic missions, a fountain was a symbol of welcoming and the promise of an oasis for travelers. Our Fountain Court wine is similarly welcoming for our guests. The predominant grape variety of this blend is Sauvignon Blanc – a white Bordeaux variety that provides a crisp, refreshing foundation, providing vibrant notes of lime, and minerality. We blend in Muscat Canelli which adds terrific exotic fruit characters, body, floral notes, and a perception of sweetness. This allows our Fountain Court to pair beautifully with a range of culinary possibilities, from spicy barbeque to Thai and other Asian cuisines. This wine is a rich, friendly, approachable blend, perfect for picnics and gatherings with friends.
