Lively and refreshing, Bogle’s Sauvignon Blanc is made using reductive winemaking techniques and cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to capture the true and unadulterated essence of the varietal.
Bright aromatics of lychee, lemon zest, and tropical fruits burst from the glass, followed by notes of citrus and lemon grass. A crisp entry of Meyer lemons is softened with hints of passion fruit on the mid-palate, creating a rounder mouthfeel. The vibrant finish hangs around, leaving you longing for just one more sip!
While you should feel free to enjoy this wine with nearly any food pairing, a few of our favorites are spring greens, fish and shellfish, and goat cheese.
