The color is pale straw yellow. The aromas are intense and fresh. There are fruity hints of citrus fruits, pineapple and tomato leaf. The structure is well-balanced and soft, thanks to a great acidity. The aromas are still persistent in the final.

Selective grape harvest. The temperature-controlled fermentation (15-18°C) of the free-run juice is followed by storage at low temperature, which leaves a small and natural effervescence. A few months after the harvest, before the year ends, bottling takes place.
Excellent as an aperitif, or accompaniment to light dishes such as grilled vegetables and pasta primavera, as well as a range of seafood.
