The nose offers oak, vanilla, brown sugar, and apple crumb cake. The palate is fairly rich with sweet brown sugar upfront along with overripe apples. Additionally, a dry oak side with baking spices making their appearance. A big finish offers more sweetness and lingering brown sugar, with a spice that kicks in on at the tail end.
