Steel Reserve is a high gravity lager that is slow-brewed for a minimum of 28 days. As such, it is the leading brand in the high gravity lager category. With light grains driving its sweeter aroma, this brew leads into its flavor very well. Light grains comprise the background of the brew, with subtle, sweet malts most evident in the foreground. This brew's use of sweet malts does a great job masking its overall alcohol content.
